Delete your account
You can delete your TCN Agent account at any time, in the app or by email.
Cancel your subscription first
Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. If you are an agency owner, cancel it in the store first: App Store subscriptions or Google Play subscriptions.
In the app
- Open TCN Agent and sign in.
- Go to Settings.
- Tap Delete account, then Request deletion.
You are signed out straight away, and the account is removed within 30 days.
By email
Send an email to support@devignlb.com from the email address on your account, with the subject “Delete my account”. We may ask you to confirm before we delete it.
What is deleted
- Your profile: name, email address and sign-in details
- Your saved TikTok Backstage sign-in details (within 24 hours)
- The roster and performance data synced to your account
- Your targets, notes, action plans and pipeline entries
- Your push notification tokens
What we keep
- Audit-log records, pseudonymised so they are no longer linked to you, for up to 7 years for accounting and legal reasons
- Records we must keep by law
- Purchase records held by Apple or Google under their own policies
