Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the TCN Agent mobile app (the “App”), published by Devign LLC (“Devign”, “we”, “us”). The App is used by owners of TikTok LIVE creator agencies and the agents who work with them to follow creator performance, plan daily work and track agent bonuses.

By creating an account or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and either run a TikTok creator agency or work for one as an agent, manager or recruiter. You may use the App only for the agency you are authorised to act for.

2. Accounts and roles

An agency in the App has one owner. The owner can see the whole agency's data, invites agents and approves them. Each agent sees only the creators assigned to them. The owner is responsible for who they approve and for removing people who should no longer have access.

• Keep your sign-in details confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• If you suspect someone else has accessed your account, tell us straight away at support@devignlb.com.

3. Acceptable use

Use the App only in line with these Terms, your agreements with your agency, and the law. You agree not to:

• share your account with anyone else;
• try to see creator data that has not been made available to you;
• share creator-level data outside your agency except as your role or the law requires;
• try to bypass sign-in, rate limits or any other security control;
• reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble the App;
• use the App to harass, threaten, defame or discriminate against anyone;
• submit false data, including Backstage sign-in details you are not authorised to use;
• use the App in a way that breaks TikTok's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines.

4. TikTok Backstage sign-in details

If you connect TikTok Backstage, you must use sign-in details you are authorised to use. Storing another person's details, or stolen or compromised details, is grounds for immediate termination of your access and may lead to legal action. The connection is read-only: the App does not post, message or change anything in Backstage.

5. Subscriptions

Using the App requires an active agency subscription. Agents do not pay; their access comes from their agency owner's subscription.

• One subscription per agency. The owner buys it in the App. The price depends on the number of agents: US$30 a month covers the owner and 1 agent, each extra agent adds US$10 a month, up to 30 agents (US$320 a month). The App Store or Google Play shows the price in your local currency, including any taxes that apply. For more than 30 agents, contact us.
• Billing. Payment is charged by Apple or Google to the account you use in that store when you confirm the purchase. We do not take payments on our website and do not see your card details.
• Automatic renewal. The subscription is monthly and renews automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. The store charges the renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends.
• Managing and cancelling. Manage or cancel in your App Store account settings or in Google Play under Payments & subscriptions. Deleting the App or your account does not cancel the subscription. After you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
• Changing your plan. A bigger plan applies immediately; the store may charge a prorated amount. A smaller plan starts at the next renewal.
• Free month. New subscribers may get the first month free, as shown in the App and the store before you buy. When the free month ends, the store charges the regular monthly price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. The App Store and Google Play decide who is eligible (one free month per store account).
• Refunds. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies. We cannot issue refunds for store purchases ourselves.
• Price changes. If we change prices, we tell you in advance, and the store asks for your consent where its rules require it. A new price applies from the next renewal after the notice.
• Failed payments. If a renewal fails, the store may retry it for a period. Access may continue during that retry period.
• When a subscription ends. If the subscription is cancelled, expires or is not paid, the agency's data stays readable in the App for 30 days but stops updating. After those 30 days the agency is locked and only the option to subscribe again is available. The data of a locked agency is permanently deleted 90 days after the lock. Subscribing again before deletion restores access.

We may also give an agency free access for a period at our discretion. Purchases are also subject to the terms of the App Store or Google Play.

6. Agency data and confidentiality

Creator-level data shown in the App, such as diamond totals, tier history, recruitment pipelines and bonus figures, is confidential information of your agency. Do not disclose it outside your agency except as your role or the law requires. You confirm that your agency is entitled to use the data it brings into the App. How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Chats and content you send

You are responsible for messages, photos and voice messages you send. Be respectful and keep chats work-related: no harassment, hate speech, threats or sexual content, and never share creators' private data or passwords. Any message can be reported and reviewed by our team. We remove abusive content and users, and we review reports within 24 hours. You can block a user at any time.

8. Bonus figures

The App shows estimated incentives and agent bonuses based on Backstage data and the bonus rules the agency owner sets. These figures are estimates and may differ from what TikTok or the agency finally pays. Bonuses are agreed and paid between the agency and its agents outside the App; Devign does not pay or guarantee any bonus.

9. Intellectual property

The App, including its software, design, text, graphics and trademarks, belongs to Devign LLC or its licensors and is protected by law. Using the App gives you no ownership rights in it. TikTok, TikTok LIVE and TikTok Backstage are trademarks of ByteDance Ltd.

10. No warranty

The App is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, Devign disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not promise that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that data synced from Backstage will always be accurate or complete.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent the law allows, Devign is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. Devign's total liability for any claim relating to these Terms or the App is limited to the greater of the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months before the claim and one hundred US dollars (US$100).

12. Termination

We may suspend or end your access at any time if you break these Terms, if we suspect unauthorised access or fraud, or if your agency owner removes you. You may stop using the App at any time. To delete your account, see Delete your account.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. When we make material changes, we update the date at the top of this page and tell you in the App. If you keep using the App after the change, you accept the updated Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes arising from these Terms or the App are resolved by the courts of Beirut, Lebanon. This does not take away rights you have under the mandatory consumer laws of your country.
