- Add agents any time: upgrades apply straight away. A smaller plan starts at your next renewal.
- If your plan ends, your data stays readable for 30 days, then the agency is locked. Locked agencies' data is deleted 90 days after the lock.
- On the App Store, some larger plans are one cent under the round price (for example $319.99 for 30 agents).

How much does TCN Agent cost?
$30 a month covers the owner and 1 agent. Each extra agent adds $10 a month, up to 30 agents for $320 a month.
Do agents pay?
No. Agents join the owner's agency free with an invite code. Only the owner subscribes.
How do I pay?
Inside the app, through the App Store on iPhone or Google Play on Android, in your local currency.
Can I change the number of agents?
Yes, any time in the app. More agents apply straight away and you pay only the difference; fewer agents start at your next renewal.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. A new agency's first month is free. You confirm the plan with Apple Pay, a card or Google Pay, and the store charges the monthly price only after the free month. Cancel before it ends in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings and you pay nothing. One free month per Apple ID or Google account; on Google Play it covers plans up to 20 agents.
What happens if my plan ends?
Your data stays readable for 30 days, then the agency is locked. Renew any time to open it again. Locked agencies' data is deleted 90 days after the lock.
